Dissemination in Estonia

As part of the collaborative project *Happy Teachers – Happy Future* (October 2024), teachers and project managers from Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland recently visited Nooruse Maja. The visit fostered a productive exchange of ideas focused on our shared goals and initiatives for supporting educators. Alongside the usual project activities, we introduced the educational resources developed through the project *Financially Empowered Women*, which aims to empower women in financial literacy and economic independence.

Our partners were highly interested in these materials, recognizing their potential to enhance their own support programs. The project resources focus on practical skills in budgeting, financial planning, and business basics, tailored specifically to encourage economic confidence among women. Our partners appreciated the unique focus and practical value of the content, noting how it could be seamlessly integrated into various educational settings.

Their enthusiasm reinforced our belief in the broader applicability of these resources. They mentioned that these tools could greatly benefit their work by providing concrete strategies for financial empowerment. This positive response was deeply encouraging for us, as it demonstrated both the effectiveness of our project and the shared commitment to empowering women across borders. The visit strengthened our partnerships, laying the groundwork for ongoing collaboration and mutual support as we work towards our common goals. We are excited to see how our partners will adapt and apply these resources within their communities, making a meaningful impact on women’s financial independence.
